We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.

As a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer, you will work directly with clients and be responsible for developing and implementing our digital content strategy in order to increase the online presence of our clients and improve marketing and sales efforts. In addition, you will work closely with the CEO to schedule video/photo productions, assist in pre-production, and manage calendars. In addition, you will bring creative wizardry into the editing process.

We are searching for a digital-centric Titan that is ready to take on the world and learn from leading industry professionals. This is not a job for someone just looking to coast. You need to be full of initiative and creativity. If you have those two traits, you will thrive as a Titan.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Wicked good at editing. Efficient, creative, and autonomous. NOT BORING!
• Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other related apps
• Utilize proven storytelling techniques to edit interviews into compelling narrative edits
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify best practices
• Color correction, audio mixing, basic visual effects and use of templates are a must
• Working knowledge of social media best practices and editing in native formats
• Constant mindset of learning new techniques and adapting to changing media formats
• Create content for internal marketing efforts
• Use After Effects for motion graphics support for all post-production projects
• Assist in other duties as requested
• Provide constructive feedback

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an editor, videographer, digital content creator or similar role
• Exceptional customer service
• Video Editing a must!!
• Experience with doing audience research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great Initiative to do what needs to be done without asking
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• BA in Marketing, communications or similar relevant field.
