Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team and help us produce top-quality podcasts and YouTube videos for a financial influencer. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing podcast interviews using Audacity and creating, editing, and publishing YouTube videos. The ideal candidate should have experience working with podcasts and YouTube videos, and be proficient in Audacity and video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Edit podcast interviews using Audacity to ensure high-quality audio
• Create engaging and visually appealing YouTube videos that align with the financial influencer’s brand and message
• Edit and enhance existing video content to make it more engaging and informative
• Manage the YouTube channel, upload videos, and optimize them for SEO
• Collaborate with the content team to develop new video ideas and concepts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and production

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing for podcasts and YouTube videos
• Proficiency in Audacity and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of video production and post-production processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with YouTube SEO and analytics is a plus
• Experience with graphic design and animation is a plus

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communication, or a related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in video editing for podcasts and YouTube videos
