Venue: The Langham Hong Kong
Requirement:
• Pay attention to the venue, stands, logos and handouts during the shooting
• Full coverage of the event, filming speakers, sponsors, exhibition booth, partners, guests and organisers.
• The photographer and videographer need arrive at the venue in advance (from 8am)
• Capture the outdoor advertising of the event and the location
• Capture coffee break & lunch & breakout roundtable
• Able to provide up-to-date images & video will be extremely competitive
• Can offer editor version within 3 days
*Will provide breakfast & lunch & drinks.
