The Opportunity
This position will edit short and long-form instructional content for Mines Online and the Trefny Innovative Instruction Center. This is a short-term position, anticipated to last no more than three months. This is an on-campus role.
Responsibilities
- Edit instructional and promotional videos with a short turnaround time based on pre-established deadlines.
- Edit videos in accordance with brand style and technical specs as established in the Online Mines style guide.
- Find, utilize considering copyright, and organize additional digital assets from across the web as needed.
- Create video thumbnails, GIFs, and other multimedia for upload.
- Maintain organized records and media assets on our servers and video project management system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year experience editing STEM instructional videos
- Experience working within Mines Trefny Center

Pay Range
$25 - $28
Mines takes into consideration a combination of candidate’s education, training and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, work location, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
