URGENT REQUEST - Women In Engineering: In Conversation

Videographer is needed in Bristol, United Kingdom.

To celebrate and add engaging content to the global INWED campaign (multi-channel/content). Filming two female engineers in conversation.

A new-ish graduate in discussion with an experienced engineer – the conversation will (hopefully) highlight the difference (or similarities!) between young women being encouraged or wishing to enter the world of engineering compared to those entering the field 20 so years ago…

List of questions that they put to each other to discuss (let the conversation flow, then edit) –

1. Why / when did you first become interested in becoming an engineer?
2. What steps did you first take on your journey? Was your school supportive? What route did you take to become qualified in your field?
3. What surprised you most when you first started to seriously consider making engineering your career choice? (e.g. huge range of roles, creativity, positive impact on society etc)
4. Which project that you’ve worked on to date particularly makes you feel proud and why?
5. What advice would you give to the next generation of would-be engineers, or even those who haven’t even considered engineering as a career? What makes it such a satisfying job?
