About us

Top Producing Real Estate Broker is seeking an ambitious, digitally savvy Marketing and Advertising Freelance coordinator to join our team. You will be in charge of managing our print and digital marketing plan, and running ads across social media.

We are fast-paced, collaborative and fun. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant experience looking to build their resume.

Our office is located in downtown Manhattan. Initially during your onboarding / training you would be required to come into our office for a few hours each week. Once familiar with our systems, there is greater work-from-home flexibility and we would come up with a hybrid schedule.

This is a part-time role with opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Paid Social Media Ad Campaigns across all Meta & Alphabet Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google) and TikTok
  • Assist with the coordination of all print assests including: brochures, flyers, postcards
  • Assist with the creation of all digital assets including: e-blasts, market reports, monthly newsletter
  • Execute our monthly marketing plan
  • Routinely updating our website and creating blog posts.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing for new listings - scheduling photography, listing descriptions, print materials
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing videos - scheduling shoots, liasing with videographer, preparing scripts, devising an itinerary for neighborhood tours
  • Coordinate with our social media manager to ensure that our marketing plan and social media schedule are aligned and cross-promoted
  • Oversee social media posts on a high-level. Proof captions and videos as needed.
  • On occasion preparing assets or liasing with publications, podcasts and brands

Competencies:

  • Digital advertising background
  • In-depth knowledge of Paid Social marketing best practices
  • Understaining of campaign metrics and ad performance, and providing updates
  • High level of creativity
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a solid grasp of spelling, grammar, and copy-editing.
  • Problem solving - Able to identify problems and develop solutions without direct direction.
  • Team player - Able to work well with others. Must be willing to work with all levels of employees from front office to back service departments.
  • Experience with Canva and Mailchimp preferred.

Please note this role does not entail social media management. We currently have a social manager who handles posting and creating content for our accounts.

We are looking for someone who is experienced with digital paid advertising, who can also execute our print marketing plan and maintain our website. You will be the liason with our social media manager, in-house marketing team, and other freelance creatives.

Experience:

Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of marketing and advertising experience with reputable clients or agency.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
