Documenting Wobbles

Videographer is needed in Johannesburg, South Africa.

To cut a long story short I have a degenerative neurological disorder that messes with my muscles and it has left me wheelchair bound for the last twenty odd years. I want to give back to my disabled community here in South Africa, and around the world by working with my biokineticist, and make a series of short YouTube videos showing people in similar positions to mine, who may not be as privileged as I to access professional help.

Once I have finished with these professionally done videos, I plan on continuing my channel and sharing more about my exercise routine and the supplements I find beneficial.
Also my struggles with depression and anxiety throughout my life which I have found ways to combat. I want to explain how I’ve learnt and experienced that the mind and body are intrinsically linked.

I have been working on getting computer tablets into the hands of less fortunate disabled kids because I believe this type of technology is like a window into the outside world for people in my I position. I was thinking we could use this channel to document the kids receiving them and me explaining why this is so important to me.

First let’s get these videos out and share them on social media, then I /we can work on the future steps. I have five grand that I earmarked from the sale of my memoir, Dissecting Wobbles I published a few years ago (I’ve attached a pdf copy) for the first leg and if this requires more I can get a loan from friends.

I was thinking maybe in the future we could also do a crowd funding campaign and wanted to get your thoughts and ideas about this.
