Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in the post-production process, bringing our TV shows, social media promos, and music videos to life. Your expertise in editing, storytelling, and visual effects will help us create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our creative team to understand project objectives and requirements
• Edit raw footage into polished TV episodes, social media promos, and music videos
• Assemble video segments and sequences, ensuring the logical and seamless flow of content
• Enhance visuals with color correction, sound design, and visual effects
• Trim and fine-tune footage to achieve the desired pacing and timing
• Incorporate feedback from directors, producers, and other team members
• Stay up to date with industry trends and implement innovative editing techniques
• Manage and organize media assets to ensure smooth workflow and efficient editing process

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor, preferably in TV production, advertising, or music video production
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and pacing
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and visual effects
• Familiarity with various video formats and codecs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in editing TV shows, social media promos, and music videos
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation
• Basic knowledge of audio mixing and mastering
• Portfolio or reel showcasing your previous editing projects

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
