Contract: Temporary, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking an articulate, self-starting, and creative addition who isn’t afraid to take the lead!

As Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence to improve our marketing and sales efforts, and creating content with the staff that speaks to our spa culture. You will be working with the Management team as needed, while taking the lead in brainstorming and implementation.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Collect and organize photos and videos of in-house treatments
• Plan, in detail, entertaining ideas for IG Reels and TikTok and submit to management as needed
• Create content on all platforms
• Manage social media communication with clients
• Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and trends
• Use social media marketing tools
• Monthly newsletter
• Sending promotional text messages & campaigns

Requirements and qualifications:

• Experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
• Great with a camera
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Team player
• Great time-management skills
• Great interpersonal, written communication skills, and presentation skills
• Growth oriented
