Client: Leeds Property Rentals
Location: Leeds, United Kingdom
Contract: Part Time, Freelance, Full Time
Role:
- Measuring and drawing existing properties
- Create drawing sets for planning applications
- Creating drawings to respond to site queries and assist with work on-site
- Potential for further involvement in graphic design of company materials such as marketing/handbooks etc
Please advise in covering letter of:
- Your preferred hourly rate dependent on your experience
- Programmes experienced in using
Skills required:
- Technical drawing (plans, elevations, sections, etc.)
- Adobe Illustrator or AutoCAD basic proficiency
Skills desirable:
- Photoshop, InDesign and 3D modelling software
- Knowledge of Design and Access Statements
- Consistent B or higher grades in Architectural Technology
Brief examples of previous work of this manner or references would also be advantageous.
