Description

The Social Media Specialist is the digital pulse of the Marketing team and are content creators who represent Battle Green across various social platforms. You’re the go-to expert on social media trends, brand elements, and generating audience engagement.

What does the day-to-day look like?

You’re closely monitoring and analyzing social media trends and content, creating and sourcing multiple pieces of trend-driven content each week. Crafting dynamic and engaging graphics and copy is crucial for highlighting our brand and current trends. To ensure consistency and effectiveness, you’ll need to develop and maintain a content calendar, optimize posting schedules, and collaborate with our Director of Marketing to review engagement metrics.

So, who are we looking for?

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Have experience using Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter. Tik Tok is a plus.
• Are pursuing or have completed a Business, Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or similar degree.
• Have experience with Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Are curious and strive to learn about new trends and develop new skills, like creating campaigns and developing social media strategies.
• Take the time to understand and execute even on the smallest of details.
• Are a self-starter and strong communicator (written and verbal).
• Enjoy working on multiple projects and do an excellent job prioritizing urgent requests.
• Love being part of a team – we enjoy working in groups and regularly partner up to get things done.
