Description:

The Community Marketing Manager is responsible for building advocacy around the Samsung brand in the market. They will build a foundation of trust & expertise in local community groups & social channels (i.e. Nextdoor, Neighborly, Reddit, etc) to develop our client as the go-to solution for Home Entertainment needs. Off the screen, the CDM will be responsible for building, maintaining & consistently improving relationships with store managers to ensure a smooth experience for the Assisted Sales Reps.

CDMs will also be responsible for the training & consistent reinforcement of good habits & sales tactics amongst ASRs (Assisted Sales Reps). When called upon, CDMs will also serve on the floor in an assisted sales capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of flexibility and control through retail relationships, product training, and sales support
• Developing relationships with key retail partners/stores
• Developing reputation as trusted voice in the community through an active online/social presence
• Utilizing reputation to direct interested consumers to our ASRs
• Manage and lead sales support teams in their markets
• Collecting market info through monthly store visits
• Provide and drive brand awareness and sales through formal and informal training.
• Engage customers, understand their needs, create lifestyle solutions, and closing the sale.

• Insights gained
• Detailing visits
• Monthly burn
• Market intelligence report
• Monthly report consolidating marketplace findings to include:
• Ads observed for Samsung and competitive brands
• Pricing observations
• Sales performance
• In-store activity of our client and its competitors.

$52,752.00 per year
