We are looking for a passionate and experienced music production instructor to teach our students the technical aspects of using a recording studio and its equipment to produce music. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of music theory, production techniques, and mixing and mastering. They will also be able to work with students of all ages and abilities to help them develop their own unique sound.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and facilitate collaborative and interactive instructional sessions in music technology and digital music production.
• Teach music production concepts and techniques to students of all ages and abilities
• Develop and implement lesson plans that are engaging and challenging
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
• Promote a safe and positive learning environment
• Maintain a clean and organized recording studio
• Stay up-to-date on the latest music production software and hardware

Qualifications:

• Must have 2 or more years of experience as a music production instructor
• Strong understanding of music theory and production techniques
• Proficient in music production software and hardware
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and learning methods

Compensation:

Pay: $50-$60/hr
