Job Details:
We are currently hiring for weekend part-time Social Media Customer Support Representatives. The initial hours will be 8-16 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as you grow in the role and our organization expands. Exceptional performance may also lead to weekday shifts.
As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will be a vital part of our Social Management Team. You should have a passion for social media and possess creativity and energy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to reviews on sites like Yelp and Google
- Handling social media actions on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Crafting unique and personalized responses for each interaction
- Updating clients on progress by monitoring and reporting social interactions
- Contributing to a results-driven atmosphere and maintaining situational awareness for all clients
- Implementing client and team feedback effectively
- Other responsibilities that may arise in a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements:
