Conference filming "Global Poodle Summit"

Videographer is needed in Waregem, Belgium.

I am hosting a small conference (in conjunction with a larger conference!) in Waregem on September 23-24.
There will be 5 panelists (talent) who will be doing round-table style discussions as well as dog grooming and handling (training) demonstrations.
I do some videography myself, however I travelling from Canada so we are limited on the team & gear that can travel to Belgium. We are looking for 1 person who could handle the A Camera to capture coverage of all of the presentations (mostly wide shots) as well as the audio for the 5 talent - we will be able to use the venue’s sound system to plus in to record audio, which will be through 2 handheld microphones. We will be bringing at least one camera ourselves to cover B roll, ideally close-ups on a gimbal and for socials. We will be shooting on a SONY as7iii in 4K and would like a similar set up (at least 4K).
