Position: VIDEO EDITOR & PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

The function and responsibility of the Video Editor / Production Assistant is to aid the Video Producer in all film production. Everything from preproduction to post production. They will be expected This role requires the knowledge of Editing Softwares, and the willingness to grow in production. This role reports directly to Skyline’s Video Producer, but shoes the responsibility in supporting the creative team.

VIDEO EDITOR

• Capture, Download, Cut, Color, and Upload footage owned and acquired by Skyline Church.
• Produce high-quality products, on time, with final looks and critiques from the Video Producer.
• Creatively carry the post-production process of assigned productions from start to finish.
• Earnestly looking to grow and shape editing style and knowledge that best caters to Skyline’s overall vision.
• This role requires 29 hours a week of video production.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

• Assist Video Producer in Pre-Production, Pre-Lights, and Capturing of Skyline Productions.
• Learning Skyline’s Production Vendors and assisting in Production Equipment pickups and drop-offs when necessary.
• Furthering personal education and knowledge of provided cameras, lenses, and post-production softwares.

$18.77 - $22.61 per hour

Experience:

• Final Cut Pro: 1 year (Preferred)
