Job Description

As a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ content reaches the right audience, engages effectively, and contributes to their overall marketing success. You will be responsible for publishing content on our website and social media channels, developing social copy and graphics using Canva, and media buying primarily on LinkedIn and YouTube using Google Ads. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Management:
  • Create and schedule social media posts for clients, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Develop engaging captions, headlines, and descriptions to accompany social media content.
  • Develop social media graphics using RETHINK Retail brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the content team to align content calendars with client objectives.
  • Social Media Advertising (LinkedIn and Google (YouTube)):
  • Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and YouTube using Google Ads.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reach client campaign goals.
  • Optimize ad campaigns based on performance data and audience insights.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including impressions, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and more.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

The selected candidate has:

  • Proven experience in social media management and advertising, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with designing graphics in Canva.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and advertising strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling and management tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or related advertising platforms.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
