Job Overview:

We are in search of a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to amplify our brand voice and connect with new clients using cutting-edge social media strategies. Emphasizing flexibility, this role grants you significant autonomy in managing your tasks and schedule. Though compensation is linked to the acquisition of new clients, it’s important to understand this is not a sales role. Your primary focus will be on social media administration and engagement. As our brand grows and draws in new clients and revenue through your efforts, you’ll receive a percentage of that revenue in alignment with your invaluable contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  2. Research and implement effective marketing methods tailored to our brand’s goals.
  3. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
  4. Establish and maintain corporate social media accounts on notable platforms.
  5. Monitor and analyze platform metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
  6. Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and foster a positive community spirit.
  7. Strategize on broader business development, offering insights and suggestions for overall company growth.
  8. Collaborate virtually with company leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write professionally and creatively.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite or a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from a remote location.
  • Regular availability for virtual meetings and phone calls with company leadership.
  • Passion for social media, understanding the optimal frequency for online presence.
  • Proactive mindset, eager to engage with potential customers and contribute to various business areas.

Compensation:

  • Contract-based pay, dependent on the acquisition of new clients.
  • A percentage of revenue generated by new clients will be rewarded.

Hours:

  • Generally 10 hours or less per week.
