Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate audio equipment for live events, recordings, and broadcasts
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to determine audio needs
• Mix and balance sound sources to achieve desired audio quality
• Monitor and adjust audio levels during live events or recordings
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio equipment
• Edit and synchronize audio tracks with video footage
• Ensure the proper storage and organization of audio files

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Audio Engineer or similar role
• Proficiency in signal processing techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Avid, etc.
• Strong knowledge of video production and post-production processes
• Excellent understanding of audio editing techniques and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Types:

Freelance, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
