Job Description:

As the Facebook Ad Manager at ZOKU, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our Facebook advertising campaigns. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization will contribute to the success of our marketing efforts, driving strong ROAS and maximizing our impact on the target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Setup, management, optimization, and reporting of Facebook advertising campaigns
• Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with ZOKU’s marketing goals.
• Audit existing Facebook/Instagram ad accounts and identity opportunities
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments and demographics.
• Develop and refine audience segments based on performance data.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure ad creatives align with performance goals and brand guidelines.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving creative elements.
• Conduct A/B testing on various ad elements to identify the most effective strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Facebook Ad Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of achieving high ROAS.
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in audience targeting, segmentation, and ad creative optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities.

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
