Job Description

This is a remote role for a Freelance Podcast Producer. The Producer will bring a great idea to the table and be ready to fully develop this concept from format to creation. They will have existing connections to talent, know how to take an idea from end-to-end and have previous experience working on some form of content.

Requirements

• Experience as a podcast producer, audio producer, or content creator.
• Strong technical skills in audio recording, editing, and mixing using digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition.
• Experience with audio gear and software such as microphones, mixers, and effects.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high trust remote environment.
• Passion for storytelling and audio production.

Other Information

Our Guarantee: We will do your idea justice. This means working with you to deliver the podcast, using our connections within the industry to pitch your idea to major podcast platforms like Apple, Acast, and Spotify, and utilizing our existing advertisers to organize revenue for monetization. We will manage the project, oversee its growth, and cover equipment costs/overheads. In return, you will receive 50% of all podcast revenue.

Expectations: This is an exciting opportunity to give your podcast idea the release it deserves. We specifically want to hear from people who want to take an idea they are already developing to the next level. The Producer should be available to work one day a week on this idea and commit to delivering it over at least a six-month period. However, flexibility is offered in terms of working hours.
