Job Description

We are looking for another Senior/Expert-level backend (75% NestJS) and (25% Angular) software engineer to join our bootstrapped, fully remote team for about 2 months (possibly longer) to help us execute a plan which we’ve laid out in Jira/Miro/Confluence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both frameworks, but more specifically, a focus on clean and performant backend code that will be reviewed by Ben and possibly other contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a cutting-edge NestJS and Angular web application you’re proud of
  • Work with product owners to understand and implement new features
  • Collaborate with other engineers to build the best codebase possible

Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of experience with NestJS and Angular
  • Experience with other JavaScript frameworks, such as React or Vue
  • Experience with unit and integration testing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in back-end development
  • 2 years of experience in NestJS
  • 3 years of experience in TypeScript
