We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Ads Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, have a keen eye for creativity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! As we are a business with a team who are based in multiple countries and not just the UK, for this role we are looking for someone who is based within the Central European Standard Time ideally.
Position Overview:
As a Social Media Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our social media advertising strategies. You will be responsible for creating compelling ad campaigns that engage our target audience and drive measurable results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company by leveraging your expertise in social media advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok.
- Conduct in-depth target audience research and analysis to ensure precise ad targeting.
- Create visually appealing and engaging ad creatives that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and videographers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and managing successful social media advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their advertising features.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a focus on developing engaging and conversion-driven ad creatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
