Job Description

As a Creative Producer, your main responsibility will be to set up teams for success across all creative deliverables. This includes managing overall creative and video development, developing and managing creative deliverable budgets, mentoring junior-level staff, managing assigned creative teams, overseeing project progress, and driving creative excellence and brand integrity within the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing overall creative and video development
• Specialization in producing 2D and 3D video and large format digital signage campaigns
• Experience in developing and managing creative deliverable budgets
• Ability to mentor junior-level staff
• Experience in managing client expectations and timelines
• Knowledge of brand and identity development
• Expert knowledge of video production and post-production processes and workflows
• High ethical standards and ability to creatively problem solve
• Ability to delegate tasks and implement changes effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 5-8 years of project management experience in branding, video motion graphics, marketing, digital content channels, or creative agencies
• 5-8 years of experience in event and technical production
• Experience working with event technical teams
• Experience producing motion graphics and live-action video deliverables

Physical Demand

The employee must be able to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities are also required.

Position Type / Schedule

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during core work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel

Minimal travel may be required in this position.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $65.00 - $80.00 per hour. The exact rate of pay will be based on position, location, and experience level.
