Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Lead by implementing and managing client Marketing Campaigns across various media platforms, including Social Media, Google, Mailchimp, and Content and Reel creation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns on Social Media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Assist in the creation and implementation of Google advertising strategies to enhance client visibility and engagement.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Mailchimp for email marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and visually appealing Reels for social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management and marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Familiarity with Social Media Platforms, Google Ads and Mailchimp is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

• Availability to work on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Proficient in social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content.
• Knowledge of current trends in social media marketing.
