Position: Cataloger / Web Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated Cataloger / Web Designer to join our team at Daniels Antiques/ Daniels Auction Gallery. This role entails a blend of responsibilities including cataloging items, designing and maintaining our website on Squarespace, and ensuring excellent written communication throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to accurately catalog items for auction, including descriptions and historical context.
- Design and maintain the company website using Squarespace, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and reading skills to craft compelling descriptions and content for the website and auction catalogs.
- Utilize Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Excel proficiently for organizing data and managing inventory.
- Preferred experience in Photoshop to enhance visual content for the website and marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Proficiency in website design using Squarespace or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Preferred experience in Photoshop for image editing.
- Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule effectively.
