A beautiful female singer that can sing soul, R&B and rock

I am looking for a mid-level female singer for a personal project, with an expertise in soul, rock, and R&B, along with sound and music production skills. The singer is required to work on a single job, rendering their services for a day or two. All work will be conducted remotely and the budget for this project is set at $60. The project is titled "A beautiful female singer that can sing soul, R&B and rock.” The aim is to have a singer who can effectively translate the trials and pains depicted in songs written by one of my clients, a disabled individual who has leaned on music as a means of expression. As a certified caregiver, I am facilitating this process for my client.
