Job Description:
Full Stack Java Developer Lead responsible for managing a team, with 5 years of experience as a lead and 8-10 years as a full stack Java developer. Must have expertise in restful API and Agile Framework, working closely with Agile Development Teams. In addition to technical skills, experience working with Product Owners to clarify requirements and business needs is required.
Duration: Until December 2024 with a possible extension.
Location: New Jersey: Holmdel (onsite 2 days a week).
Interview process: Remote, multiple rounds.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a team lead
- 8-10 years of experience as a full stack Java developer
- Proficiency in restful API and Agile Framework
- Strong communication skills for working with Product Owners and understanding business requirements
