Job Description
CustomBoxes.io is seeking a Digital Press Operator to handle all digital press work in compliance with job specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include scheduling workloads, performing equipment maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating closely with team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or vocational/technical certification
- Strong interpersonal and mathematical skills
- Ability to follow written instructions for machine setup and maintenance
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Experience in digital room operations, Adobe Suite, and customer communication
- Knowledge of shipping processes with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and label apps
Primary Responsibilities
- Designing boxes and artwork with clients
- Operating Black & White Digital Presses
- Fulfilling orders using Shopify and managing shipping with UPS/FedEx
- Maintaining equipment and performing daily/weekly cleaning tasks
- Assisting other areas of the facility when needed
- Meeting productivity targets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Additional Information

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
