Need 37 Spotify Canvas animated

I’m in the process of developing an episodic animated musical for release on the Spotify Canvas, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube shorts and am looking for a professional character designer, storyboard artist, screenwriter, animator, background artist, colorist, prop designer to bring each 3-8 second looping key visual to life.
It is a mostly character driven story taking place in an earth-like world with a few added mystical elements including out of body experiences and astral travel.
I’ve included a sample image for reference.
The genre is science-fantasy comedy adventure in the style of Adventure Time.
The deadlines for each element the project are:
4 weeks finalizing the story beats
4 weeks character design, background design, prop design
1 week thumbnail storyboards
4 weeks animation
4 weeks rendering.
