Belcan is seeking a Web Developer III for a 6-month contract in Seattle, WA. The role involves creating web front-end for the client’s next-generation security services and internal tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design tools, converting design mockups to HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and working with front-end development frameworks like React.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating mockups and prototypes using design software
• Building static and dynamic web pages from mockups
• Managing CSS styles and frameworks
• Ensuring customer-facing features meet style requirements
• Developing front-end behaviors and code
• Testing site presentation across browsers
• Developing optimized front-end code in CSS/XHTML and JavaScript
• Creating functional prototypes for usability research
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine user experience
• Providing a portfolio demonstrating related skills
