Job Description
The client is seeking a Principal UX Designer with a robust portfolio, based in Meclan VA or SFO CA for an onsite hybrid long-term contract. The role involves driving UX experimentation, product innovation, and mentorship to enhance customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for creating various design artifacts such as wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity comps, prototypes, and videos. Interaction with other Turing talents and internal cross-functional teams is required.
Requirements
Requirements for the role include:
- 10+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- 10+ years of a robust portfolio with shipped projects showcasing impactful design work and leadership at the principal level
- 5+ years of expertise in designing frictionless identity verification and/or log-in processes
- Strong proficiency in design tools and methods like wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and interaction modeling
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
