Job Description

We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Assistant to join our team at our head office in Leicester. Your role will involve leading our social media and online presence across various platforms for Riya’s Original Recipe and Aunty Noray’s World food brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking videos and photographs of products in an innovative way.
• Managing all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Developing a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Creating engaging content for social media channels.
• Building relationships with followers and engaging with the community.
• Monitoring trends and integrating them into the social media strategy.
• Seeking influencer partnerships for product launches/marketing.
• Keeping the website up to date with news/products.

Requirements

• Passion for staying up to date with social media trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and creative thinking.
• Understanding of graphic design tools.
• Ability to plan, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
• Sound understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and keyword search.

Additional Information

This part-time role offers potential for transition to a full-time role in the future as the company expands its e-commerce platform. Interest in pursuing a full-time role is preferred. Education to A-Level or equivalent is preferred. The work location is in person at our Leicester head office, with benefits including company pension and free on-site parking. No weekend work is required.
