Job Description:

In search of an experienced Part-Time Assistant Video Editor with an interest in becoming an integral part of an established boutique post house in Nashville, TN. The role involves working in corporate video, music, and documentary. Preference for availability Mon-Wed from 9am-5pm for 8-10hr shifts with some flexibility. Must have a sense of urgency and meet deadlines. Remote editing to start with occasional on-set assistance and managing data for productions in the Nashville metro. Dependable vehicle required. Rates based on project budget with guaranteed overtime rates for night or weekend work.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects. Candidates with intermediate to high-level animation experience, including Mocha AE, are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 1 year of video editing experience is essential. Must submit 2-3 samples of recent work for consideration.
