Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Producer to join our team on a project basis. As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each project
• Develop project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate and schedule shoots, including location scouting, casting, and crew hiring
• Direct and guide talent during filming
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere and other editing software
• Ensure that all videos meet quality standards and client expectations
• Manage social media channels and create engaging content to promote videos
• Write scripts or provide input for scriptwriting
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Producer in the animation industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of animation production pipelines and techniques.
• Understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
