Job Description

As a video content creator at Direct Agents, you will be part of the Studio team responsible for creating visual storytelling and video production. Your role will involve using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce video content, including motion graphics and animation. You will collaborate on various projects from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring innovative design solutions and efficient asset management. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends, software plugins, and best practices for content delivery across multiple channels.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess expert knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects, experience with motion graphics and animation, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and the ability to manage a large library of assets independently. It is crucial to have a good understanding of project needs, creative briefs, video outlines, and export practices for various platforms. Being organized, creative, and having a keen eye for pace and timing are also essential attributes.

Special Notes

This is a part-time role requiring 18-20 hours per week on a contract-to-hire basis lasting 3-6 months. The position is located in the NYC office, necessitating residence or relocation within commuting distance. Hourly rates range from $38 to $45, and performance reviews are conducted regularly throughout the onboarding process and biannually thereafter.
