Job Description
This position is for a Graduate Musician (Accompanist) on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract starting in September 2024. The role is full-time, 40 hours a week, for 36 weeks a year, mainly during term time. The salary is £20,761.40 per annum, inclusive of holiday pay. The successful candidate will be a key player in a busy music department, inspiring and developing the talents of students.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must hold a good honours degree in Music and be an adept piano accompanist capable of accompanying instrumental and vocal performances from beginner to advanced levels. A passion for music, flexibility, motivation, and a willingness to learn are essential. While knowledge of independent education is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Accommodation is not provided.
