Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with expertise in Java and Angular to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and technical leads, to understand requirements and develop solutions. You’ll work on maintaining and enhancing existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain-driven design and test-driven development principles. Troubleshooting complex issues, researching new technologies, and adhering to coding standards are essential aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, and internal customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve processes, security, and performance.
• Work closely with software architects and technical leads to make decisions that align with long-term enterprise growth needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or equivalent experience/training.
• 4+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, including designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Proficiency in Java and Angular.
• Experience with database and persistence frameworks (e.g., MongoDB, Postgres, Oracle), performance tuning, and cloud-based development (Azure).
• Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and front-end technologies (Angular JS, Ext JS, CSS, jQuery, AJAX).
• Knowledge of build/deployment tools (IntelliJ) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps toolchains (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment).
