Job Description

We are a small, creative team in the art supply industry seeking a talented Video Editor. You will produce engaging long-form documentary/interview style videos for YouTube and our website, as well as short-form versions for our social media platforms. Working closely with the Head of Visual Content and Head of Photography in our London office, you will edit raw footage, color grade, contribute to the narrative, and ensure our videos captivate our audience. Youā€™ll also have the opportunity to creatively repurpose our extensive back catalogue of content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio showcasing documentary style work.
  • A minimum of 3 years of video editing experience.
  • Proficiency in Da Vinci Resolve.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Suite, and both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for social media and the latest video trends.
  • Enthusiasm for art materials and painting.
  • Experience working with a creative team.
  • Creative thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to competently problem-solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistently quality-driven with a high level of thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and comfortable taking responsibility, working with a high level of autonomy.

Additional Information

  • Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract

  • Pay: Ā£26,325.00 per year
