Very well-backed international Climate Tech scale-up. Use your skills to help green the planet. Python, Django, React, fully remote (UK based). A rare and exciting opportunity to become a mid-level Full-Stack Developer (2 roles available) with a $25m funded software business with a clear mission and pioneering product suite. They’re looking for fully remote (must be UK based) developers with strong Python, Django, React skills to build new applications to be used worldwide (over 130 countries) within the renewable energy industry.

Requirements

Skills:

• Strong full stack software engineering skills.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, React, JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL and Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS).
• Best practice software development skills and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with an open, collaborative approach.
• A passion for problem solving and challenges.

Core Duties:

• Designing and building quality solutions that help drive towards a world powered by renewable energy.
• Designing new system features and enhancements using Python, Django, React, MySQL, etc.
• Working alongside senior developers to adhere to best practices in software development and design/architecture guidelines.
• Testing, deploying, and releasing system updates.
• Scheduling estimates for design and development.
• Improving product usability and productivity.
