Job Description

This is a remote position. Join one of the Philippine’s fastest-growing tech companies! We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SQL, SSIS, and SSRS, along with expertise in Power BI and a strong understanding of data evaluation and training. This role will also involve working with Azure environments to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.
• Migrate and deploy data packages to Azure platforms.
• Utilize Power BI to create, evaluate, and optimize datasets and visualizations.
• Assess data structures to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices for using Power BI and handling data effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Familiarity with Azure and experience in migrating data to cloud platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dataset evaluation and visualization creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and guide others on data-related tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis and visualization in a business environment.
• Certifications in SQL, Power BI, or Azure are a plus.
