Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our brands’ digital presence, social media strategies, and public relations efforts. As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, while developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, including Account Managers and the Creative Director, to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You’ll bring your creative expertise to the table, designing impactful campaigns from concept to execution, while consistently analysing and optimizing to drive continuous growth. We operate across various sectors, including Health & Beauty, Baby Care, and Vitamins, while continuously innovating and developing new brands. Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- Successful Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading digital marketing campaigns, particularly in a creative agency or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and targeted messages for diverse audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop actionable plans, and translate marketing goals into effective digital initiatives.
- Project Management Expertise: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable analysing performance data, using insights to optimize campaigns, and presenting findings to clients and internal teams.
- Creative Mindset: A passion for ideation and pushing the boundaries of creativity in digital marketing to engage and captivate audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (e.g., Hey Orca, Canva, Meta Business).
