Job Description

The Edinburgh International Festival is seeking a creative Email Marketing Officer to join the digital and communications team on a full-time, temporary basis from 05 May to 05 September. The successful candidate will play a key role in presenting a celebration of the performing arts, connecting audiences with exciting artists from around the world. The role involves developing, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns for the 2025 Festival, with a focus on email automation, particularly pre and post-show emails. The Email Marketing Officer will manage email lists, report on results, and collaborate with the Digital Experience Manager, Digital Officers, and other internal teams.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience working with Spektrix and email automation, demonstrating a strong attention to detail. The ability to work comfortably under deadlines and solve problems naturally is essential. Experience in an arts organization or an interest in the performing arts is considered a bonus.

Additional Information

The position offers a salary in the range of £25,000 - £27,000.
