Job Description

I’m hiring a hands-on, INSTAGRAM creative content creator to help me kickstart and grow my Instagram presence. You’ll be my go-to person for planning, filming, and editing short-form videos that tell the story of my projects and build an engaged following. This is perfect for someone who loves content, knows what performs on social, and has an eye for visual storytelling—especially in the world of real estate, design, or renovation.

This person should be able to:

• Plan and storyboard short-form video content (Reels/Stories)
• Film on-site (at properties, construction sites, walk-throughs, etc.)
• Edit engaging, fast-paced videos optimized for Instagram
• Help create a consistent visual and content style across posts
• Stay up-to-date on Instagram trends, audio, and formats
• Occasionally post or schedule content (if needed)

Requirements

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are experienced in video content creation (with a portfolio of Reels, TikToks, or similar work)
• Can shoot and edit mobile-first content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
• Are creative and know what makes content engaging and watchable
• Understand or have interest in real estate, architecture, or construction
• Are reliable, proactive, and easy to work with
• Have access to your own filming/editing gear (phone gimbal, mic, etc. is a bonus)
• Live in Toronto or can travel within the city occasionally

Additional Information

Bonus points for:

• Experience with real estate content
• Social media strategy knowledge (growth, branding, content planning)
• Ability to shoot still photos as well
