Job Description

President/broker of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is looking for a skilled, fast-moving video editor who can shape content with high impact and polish similar to Ryan Serhant’s ‘Office Fires’ series and other elevated real estate/personal brand video content. This role is primarily focused on exceptional editing skills, with an additional preference for candidates who can periodically assist with filming. The position allows for remote work with the requirement of occasional in-office filming in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Requirements

• Strong editing experience across various formats, including multi-cam conversations, single cam interviews, social media content, talking-heads, and BTS.
• Proficiency in editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, LumaFusion, CapCut, or similar.
• Ability to edit quickly, cleanly, and creatively while maintaining flow, energy, and storytelling.
• Understanding of cutting for social media as well as longer formats.
• A keen creative eye for drawing audience attention through editing techniques.
• Ability to take direction on style/tone while also contributing personal voice when requested.
• Familiarity with specific back-end office content referenced, particularly in real estate.
• Comfort with basic motion graphics and skills in color matching or audio clean-up.
• Love for clean edits, strong visuals, and engaging storytelling.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and respect for timely delivery.
