Developer is needed in Colombia.

We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Engineer/Developer.

Compensation:

COP 4M - 7M/month.

Location:

Remote for Perú, Bolivia, Colombia, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, México, Chile, Panamá, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Cuba, República Dominicana residents.

Responsibilities and more:

• Design and Development: Create and implement software solutions, including writing and testing code.
• Collaboration: Work with other engineers, designers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit tests and debug software to ensure functionality and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of software design, coding, and testing processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve existing systems and processes.

Requirements

• Education: preferred, but not required - bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), and experience with version control systems like Git.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
