DevOps Infrastructure Setup for Real-Time Trading Platform (Nubra)

We are Zanskar Tech Pvt. Ltd., part of the Zanskar Group, a financial and technology company in Bengaluru, India. Our company operates in areas such as high-frequency trading, brokerage, asset management, and infrastructure technology. At Zanskar Tech, we are building Nubra, a real-time trading platform with a focus on low-latency execution, reliability, and scale. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a 3-month full-time onsite contract in Bengaluru to set up and manage production-grade infrastructure on AWS for Nubra. The role includes deploying and managing Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, automating infrastructure with Terraform, setting up CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI, managing observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki, and ensuring security best practices with IAM, Vault, and TLS. The ideal candidate has hands-on production experience in real-time systems, especially in fintech, trading, or high-performance platforms, and has previously worked in environments similar to startups like Razorpay, Groww, Zerodha, Zomato, or Swiggy. You will also help migrate existing services to Kubernetes, establish monitoring and security best practices, and stabilize production deployment workflows. If the engagement is successful, there is potential for a longer-term position.
