Job Description:

We’re hiring a Lead Azure Cloud & Data Engineer to design and deploy secure cloud infrastructure and build data pipelines that power business-critical workflows. This role involves end-to-end ownership of data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization across job, financial, and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy secure Azure infrastructure to support data integration, automation, and reporting workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and sync business-critical data across job, financial, and operational systems.
• Handle file upload and conversion processes for time logs, estimates, financial data, and customer records into integration-ready formats.
• Implement staging, validation, and transformation logic for structured data across multiple source systems.
• Configure middleware-driven sync queues and support bi-directional updates across platforms.
• Collaborate with application developers and product owners to align infrastructure and data flows with business requirements.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cloud engineering and data infrastructure roles, with strong Azure expertise
• Proven experience designing and managing Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, App Services, and RBAC policies
• Deep understanding of ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or equivalent tools
• Strong Python scripting and SQL skills for transformation logic and validation
• Familiarity with middleware tools and syncing strategies (read/write syncs, delta updates, audit logs)
• Must be experienced in Agile methodology and capable of leading or participating in sprint-based workflows using Jira
