We use a CRM system called Pipedrive. For every deal that we create, we then manually create a SharePoint site and copy in a standard folder structure. We want this to be done automatically. We want the automation to trigger on the creation of a new deal in Pipedrive and then: create a SharePoint site (using a template, nothing bespoke), add team members, set permissions for the site to be public, add the group so it is automatically visible in Outlook (for Mac), and ideally update Pipedrive in a specific field with the web address for the SharePoint site. This will automate a repetitive process for our company and streamline our workflow.
