We are Newlista Ventures LLC, a commercial real estate loan and real estate brokerage based in Houston, Texas. I am currently overseeing the redevelopment of our existing website with a web developer, however I am looking for an expert who can handle more creative or complex tasks that may arise as the project evolves. The primary skills needed are PHP, React.js, Java, UX/UI design, and AI integration. The project is at the planning and research stage, with no fixed deadlines at this time. The work is for a single job but could lead to ongoing part-time or full-time contracts, and can be done remotely. We are seeking someone who can elevate our website, contribute innovative ideas, and help us realize a higher standard for our online presence. An example of our ongoing work has been uploaded and more will be provided when the new website is completed.
